Description

Walking in the front door you find a large porch area allowing place for wet and dirty outdoor clothing. To the left of the main downstairs landing there is a warm and comfortable sofa lounge boasting a wood burning stove and a smart television. Opposite this is the entry to a well-equipped games room that has a full size American pool table and a full sized table tennis table, again a smart television and a wood burner. When you go through to the back of the house you find an open plan area comprising of two dining rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the modern technology someone would need to deliver high quality dining for all the family; electric range oven and hob, American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and instant hot water tap. The two small dining rooms that link perfectly with the open plan kitchen seat up to 16 people. A third combination of smart television and wood burning stove is also present. This main public area allows access to the hot tub and outdoor seating area. The final area downstairs is an ideally situated wet room with a shower and two toilets.

Moving upstairs there are 5 stunningly designed bedrooms each hosting a zip and link super king-size beds, these beds can be split into 3 foot singles thus allowing the accommodation for 10 separate party members. Each of these rooms have plenty of hanging space and a fantastic outlook of either the garden or the surrounding countryside. One of the bedrooms has a well-equipped en-suite taking the total toilets and showers for the house to 4 and 3 respectively, not forgetting a vintage roll-top bath on the main upstairs bathroom.

Outdoors you will find a well maintained walled garden with tasteful cobbled seating and barbecue area next to the sunken 6 man hot tub. The rest of the surrounding house offers parking for up to 6 cars.
